Terms of payment

• If you want to rent Casa Roots, you can fill in the contact form on the site. We will then send you a rental proposal by e-mail.
• You send the completed rental proposal back to us by e-mail within 3-5 working days and we will send you the confirmation.
• We must have received the 25% deposit within 3 working days, with this the booking is final.
• You pay the other 75% no later than 6 weeks prior to the rental period.

In the event of cancellation, the following arrangement applies:

• For cancellations within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund.
• For cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price.
• For cancellations between the 42nd and 28th days before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the total price.
• For cancellations between the 28th day and the first day of your stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total price.
• For cancellations on the first day of your stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

The rental price includes:

• Kitchen linen, electricity, water, energy costs, internet, washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Free WIFI.

The rental price does not include:

• Mandatory final cleaning (cost: 160 euros),
• Mandatory rental of bed linen and towels: €25 per person per stay,
• Deposit: €200.

Possible extras for a fee:

• Heated swimming pool in low and mid season, on request 15 EUR/per day (to be confirmed when booking regarding preheating),
• Extra interim cleaning in consultation.

Check-in/check-out:

• Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00. Late check-in + 50 EUR,
• Check-out between 10:00 and 11:00. If possible later in consultation depending on availability.

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed in the house,
• Pets are not allowed.
