Terms of payment

• If you want to rent Casa Roots, you can fill in the contact form on the site. We will then send you a rental proposal by e-mail.
• You send the completed rental proposal back to us by e-mail within 3-5 working days and we will send you the confirmation.
• We must have received the 25% deposit within 3 working days, with this the booking is final.
• You pay the other 75% no later than 6 weeks prior to the rental period.

In the event of cancellation, the following arrangement applies:

• you owe nothing up to 100 days before the date to be rented,
• from 99 to 50 days 50%,
• from 49 to 30 days 75%,
• from 29 to 00 days 100%

The rental price includes:

• Linen: i.e, bed linen, towels, beach towels, tea towels and kitchen towels.
• Free WIFI

The rental price does not include:

• Mandatory final cleaning (cost: 160 euros)

Possible extras for a fee:

• Heated swimming pool in low and mid season (100 euros/Weekly),
• Extra interim cleaning in consultation

Check-in/check-out:

• Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00,
• Check-out between 10:00 and 11:00

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed in the house,
• Pets are not allowed
